Storyboarder Yakitomato and illustrator Kotatsu’s I’m Living with an Otaku NEET Kunoichi!? (NEET Kunoichi to Nazeka Dōsei Hajimemashita) manga television anime began broadcasting the primary promotional video on Tuesday on its official website. The opening theme song "Neet In Jam🍓" by REAL AKIBA BOYZ, a group that consists of Nakagawa and the b-boy dancing unit REAL AKIBA BOYZ, is revealed and previewed in the video. Mito, a member of Clammbon, composed and organized the music, while Halko Momoi wrote the words. The final theme song, "NEETopia." sung by Hinaki Yano as Shizuri Ideura, is also used in the video.
The series will be available for pre-viewing on the Anime Store streaming service on January 4 at 24:00 JST (that is, January 5 at 12 midnight JST), according to the anime's staff. After then, it will stream on Anime Hōdai and U-NEXT concurrently with the 1:30 a.m. JST television broadcast.
At 15:30 JST on January 4, the animation will debut on the Tokyo MX, BS11, Sun TV, and KBS Kyoto channels (really, January 5 at 1:30 a.m. JST). It will function on AT-X as well.
The animation at Quad is being directed by Hisashi Saito. Masahiko Suzuki is creating the character designs, Takashi Aoshima is in charge of the series scripts, and CMJK is writing the soundtrack.
Plot of the story:
A normal salaryman, Tsukasa, is attacked by a Youma and is gallantly saved by the appearance of the genius kunoichi, Shizuri. However, when she is not working, she becomes an otaku NEET... Today, Tsukasa's househusband skills will continue to spoil Shizuri. A prescription delivered directly to you.
