The second season of Oshi no Ko anime will debut in July, according to a stage presentation at AnimeJapan 2024 on Sunday. Additional cast members are revealed in the second season trailer below. A sneak peek at the cast of the 2.5 stage drama "Tokyo Blade" is shown in the video. According to the narrative, the play is a manga adaption.
The inaugural season at Doga Kobo was directed by Daisuke Hiramaki and Chao Nekotomi. Series writing were handled by Jin Tanaka. The characters were designed by Kanna Hirayama. "Idol," the opening theme song, was sung by YOASOBI. "Mephisto," the closing theme tune, was performed by Queen Bee.
The manga was first published by Akasaka and Yokoyari in Shueisha's Weekly Young Jump magazine in April 2020. The manga is being released digitally in English by Shueisha's MANGA Plus service.
Kōki Uchiyama as Taiki Himekawa (Blade in "Tokyo Blade") and Yūsuke Kobayashi as Sakuya Kamoshida (Monme in "Tokyo Blade") are among the new cast members for the second season.

In the movie "Tokyo Blade," Megumi Han's Kana Arima plays Tsurugi, Manaka Iwami's Akane Kurokawa plays Sayahime, Takeo Ōtsuka's Aqua Hoshino plays Touki, and Seiji Maeda's Melt Narushima plays Kizami.
