The Compilation Films trailer previews the opening and ending of the anime Bocchi the Rock! announcing the dates of June 7th and August 9th

A teaser and key image for the Bocchi the Rock! anime compilation movie were unveiled on Sunday, marking the conclusion of Aniplex's booth festivities at AnimeJapan 2024. The teaser teases the new song by Kessoku Band and reveals the June 7 and August 9 premiere dates for the two movies.

Newly made animation opens the first movie to the new song "Tsukinami ni Kagayaki" (Sparkle as Usual) by Kessoku Band. Ritsuo Mitsui orchestrated the song, -otoha- created the music, and Ai Higuchi penned the words. 

The television anime's main cast includes:

• Yoshino Aoyama as Hitori "Bocchi-chan" ("Loner") Gotō

• Sayumi Suzushiro as Nijika Ijichi

• Saku Mizuno as Ryо̄ Yamada

• Ikumi Hasegawa as Ikuyo Kita

At CloverWorks, Keiichirō Saitō directed the television animation. The series scripts were written and overseen by Erika Yoshida. The characters are designed by Kerorira.
