The main promo video, January 2025 debut, staff, additional cast, and opening theme song details for the television anime adaptation of Umiharu's The Daily Life of a Middle-Aged Online Shopper in Another World manga, which is based on author Hifumi Asakura and illustrator Yamakawa's Arafō Otoko no Isekai Tsūhan Seikatsu light novel series, were unveiled on Friday by the anime's staff.
The new cast includes (character name spellings are not confirmed):
Asaka is performing the opening theme song "Give & Take"
Yoshihide Yuuzumi is directing the anime at East Fish Studio. Yamakawa's character designs are being adapted for animation by East Fish Studio's Hiroyuki Moriguchi. The series scripts are under the supervision of Masanao Akahoshi. At AniTone, Kujira Yumemi is the composer and Ryō Tanaka is the sound director.
Plot of the story:
Ken'ichi, a single man who's almost 40, is suddenly transferred to another world. As he navigates his way through the dangerous forests of that world, he realizes that he can use a huge online shopping site. Ken'ichi aims to use his cheat ability to live a slow life in another world!
